I take great care in packing each plant carefully.

Each shipping carton will have air holes for ventilation,

and plant will be secured inside,

but I cannot guarantee if sent with blooms or buds,

due to handling during shipping,

which is beyond my control.

I make and apply stickers

with "This End Up! Thank You! Postal Person"

(with a smiley face in hope that it helps),

on the package,

to help prevent from being placed up-side down.

I also cannot be held responsible if the package is lost by the postal service.

IF package is late, local weather conditions may have hindered postal service.
